Our warranty policy is simple
We will replace a broken binoculars directly, provided that it has not been exposed to external violence of any kind. Call or email us and we will arrange.
Satisfied Customer Guarantee
If you have bought a binoculars and are not satisfied, you have 30 days to undo the purchase and return your binoculars. You will get full payment back minus shipping costs.
Contact us if you have any questions about support or warranty. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and includes formal manufacturing defects and otherwise according to the Consumer Buying Act.
